Yes! It belonged to INSLAW, but from the story I have heard, the CIA stole it and programmed a back door into it for intelligence monitoring. Then, the CIA gave Mossad a version of it. The CIA sold it to financial institutions so they could monitor financial tracking, which made money laundering much easier, and the Mossad sold it to various militaries around the world, one of which was the US at Sandia labs.
